  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products).

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email support@theprogressivecarpenter.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

 

Step 2: Prepare the Item for Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Clearly label the package with the RA Number provided.

 

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Send your package to the return address provided in the return approval email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the refund decision.

 

Approved Refunds

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by providing:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

✅ A replacement item (shipped at no cost) OR
✅ A full refund, including return shipping costs.
